I have been a New Jersey licensed massage therapist since 2015. I like to provide a relaxing and therapeutic experience, using various techniques to achieve that. Each massage is customized to your preference of pressure and comfort.
Need to just relax and relieve some stress? A swedish massage with some hot stone would feel wonderful.
Need painful, stiff muscles to be treated? A deep tissue massage with some targeted cupping or instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM) and some taping might help.
Need a mixture of the two? I can do that.
